Introduction:

The Electronic Client Record (ECR) module in the cLMIS is available both in the web-based and mobile application versions. The module covers indicators of Family Planning, General Health Services and Long Acting Reversable Contraceptives (LARC) Removal. The services data is automatically aggregated in cLMIS Reports and Analytics.

The implementation of the ECR module has enabled the users to monitor the performance of logistics, demographics, and services indicators, leading to achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) targets. The system also provides the projections based on different data sets, monitor the method mix including LARC contribution and client compliance to the FP services that would help take informed decisions for improving FP financing and service delivery at the last mile.
